There are many reasons why some people don’t make it past a first date, you have to know how to treat a lady. Here are a few dating tips to go by so that you can score that second date.
- Make sure you hold the door open for her when you go out. You don’t need to open the car door for her, this is a new era, but if you open the door at a restaurant, she will know that you are considerate.
- If you are really into this girl, make sure you make her feel comfortable. Don’t hit on other girls when you are with her, or without her for that matter. This will just make a girl feel like you only want her for one thing, and if you do, than you should make sure it is mutual first. ( As a side note, I don’t suggest that you get into a “friends with benefits” relationship. This always ends in one person starting to become attracted to the other mentally, and can end very badly.)
- Don’t ever date someone because you think it will get you closer to her friend, it will only end up with her hating you. You won’t end up with her friend either because there is a code that girls have with each other, and that is not to date ex boyfriends.
- Always walk up to her door and ring the door bell, don’t just beep for her attention. It may seem old fashioned, but go inside and meet her dad. This always impresses a girl and gives your brownie points with the parents. Even if you ‘re not looking for anything serious or you don’t know if your relationship will work out, you never know, and you’ll always want to be on good terms with her parents. Also when you walk her to the door at the end of the night, don’t ask if you can come in for a minute, unless she asks you. You don’t want to seem like a pervert, or that you only ant a physical relationship. A nice kiss at the end of the night would be ideal for your lady, and can leave you and her wanting more.
- Something that most girls, if not every girl, likes is to be surprised with a simple gift. You might say you don’t have money for presents, but flowers or candy aren’t too expensive. Of course if you buy a dozen flowers or buy Godiva chocolates, it is going to be a bit costly. If you have the money for that, then why not spoil her once in awhile? Even if you don’t have money, they sell single flowers at Walgreens and gas stations. Dove chocolate isn’t very costly, and is very delicious. By surprising a girl with these little gifts it lets her know that you are always thinking about her.
